Who can book a stall?
Small artisan companies often find it hard to get a platform for their products. Here at WFOFAD we try hard to provide one and we are keen to host any small independent producer or retailer of food and drink.
We also host organisations offering sports & leisure activities; and charities promoting a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.
Types of stall
The event is open to any small local independent producer of food and drink. There are three categories of stallholder:
- PRODUCE STALLS selling preserved or ‘cold’ produce such as bread, cakes, spices, meats, and vegetables.
- HOT, CHILLED or FROZEN FOOD STALLS selling hot or chilled items such as paella, pizza, or ice cream.
- INFORMATION STALLS promoting a healthy lifestyle and charity stands
Where are stalls located?
Stalls are located
- inside the church or
- outside in the church grounds
- as part of a dedicated Food Court for hot food stalls
- or on Church Green near the Festival Arena
Cost of a Stall
for WFOFAD 26 there are two price bands:
- Produce and information stalls: £25 per metre. Minimum stall size: 2 metres
- Hot or frozen food stalls: £30 per metre. Minimum stall size: 2 metres
Power & Sockets
- We can provide domestic power sockets to power display lights at a cost of £20 for a single socket and £40 for a double socket. Note each socket cannot draw more than 5 amps as this can cause power outages and pose a fire risk
- For stalls selling hot chilled or frozen food and needing more power, 16 and 32 amp commando sockets are available. Pricing is based on estimated power usage.
