2026 Programme
10.30am: Menssana Martial Arts
We’re Menssana Martial Arts, a local martial arts group excited to be part of this year’s festival! Come watch our demo team in action as we showcase dynamic techniques, including exciting weapon demonstrations. Be sure to visit our stall where you can try breaking a board yourself — and if you succeed, you could win free lessons!
11.30am: Stagecoach Performing Arts
Stagecoach Performing Arts Summertown & Witney has proudly served the local community for over 30 years, nurturing the talents and aspirations of young people. Our ethos, “creative courage for life,” is at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to unlocking the potential of every child — whether they dream of becoming the next West End star, want to build their confidence, learn a new skill, or simply make lifelong friends. www.stagecoach.co.uk/witney
12.30pm: Sol Samba
A community-based samba band, Sol Samba have been bringing the joy of Brazilian music to the streets since 1999! They play at gigs and festivals across Oxford and the South East, bringing carnival vibes to Oxford’s May Morning sunrise celebrations and leading the Oxford Pride parade — igniting crowds with the pulsating spirit and infectious energy of samba reggae grooves.
1.30pm: Oxford Fiddle Group
Founded in 1998, Oxford Fiddle Group aim to share the fun and variety of traditional fiddle music with their audience. Expect fast exciting tunes, bouncy dancing tunes, and slow beautiful melodies, as well as songs drawn from England, Scotland, Ireland and the United States. They love what they do and look forward to sharing it with you.
2.30pm: The Brass Follies
The Brass Follies are a lively Faringdon-based brass quartet, proudly named in celebration of the iconic Folly Tower. Their line-up — cornet, flugelhorn, euphonium, and saxophone — gives them a wonderfully distinctive sound, and they arrange all their own music to make the most of it. Their repertoire is joyfully eclectic, bouncing from upbeat oompah numbers to familiar crowd-pleasers and classic brass band favourites. The result? A warm, bright, feel-good sound that never fails to put smiles on faces.
